Wintershall Norge has awarded Reach Subsea a framework agreement for services in the North Sea.
Set to commence this year, the agreement has a duration of three years with four yearly options. The agreement is call-off based, meaning Wintershall can engage Reach's services in the North Sea on an as-needed basis.
Further details of the agreement are confidential between the two parties at this stage.
Reach Subsea chief executive Jostein Alendal said “We are proud to be awarded this frame agreement with Wintershall, which is of significant strategic importance and is yet another confirmation of the strong position Reach Subsea has within the IMR, survey and light construction market.”
Wintershall Norge is a subsidiary of BASF and acts as the Norwegian Continental Shelf-focused arm of German oil and gas company Wintershall.
